Our units are move-in ready. Everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a complete kitchen with dishes and cookware. One-bedroom units rent for $1,350 per month and two-bedrooms for $1,750. We also have a large deck for residents and a large parking lot.
Washer and dryer
Each unit comes with its own washer and dryer and all linens, sheets and towels.
Secretariat Park
We are adjacent to Secretariat Park — a jewel of a green space with a three-story mural of the Greatest Racehorse of All Time, who called Paris/Bourbon County his home.

The Baldwin is filled with local art, unique historic signs and horse racing memorabilia.
